Nature Contact

Nature Contact exists to increase the contact between people and nature, and quantify the ecosystem services provided by nearby nature to diverse communities.

Connect to Nature

Our Main Aim: Build a Weather Station for Carbon Sequestration

Nature Contact aims to provide accessible integrated quantitative tools for communities and researchers seeking to track and optimize ecosystem services provided by local green spaces.  We are designing an easy to deploy, weather-proof, off-grid integrated product for monitoring and uploading data on: carbon sequestration, biodiversity, flood control, and  heat island mitigation for existing and newly developed green spaces.  Through our team efforts, we aim to reduce inequalities by providing tiered services to companies, municipalities, and community organizations  to insure that access, opportunity and information reaches underserved  populations and improves quality of life in places that benefit the most.
